For food exporters

Lot records your importer can scan

Importers and their auditors ask for lot-level evidence: where it was grown, how it was processed, and which lab report goes with which lot. IndiTrace gives every export lot a trace page with that record, its documents and a blockchain fingerprint, so your buyer's QA team can check it before they ask.

The questions your buyers ask

  • Which farms supplied this lot?

Procurement records list the farms or suppliers behind each lot.

  • Does this residue report belong to this shipment?

Lab reports are attached to the lot they cover, not filed in a shared folder.

  • What happened between the farm and the port?

Processing, packing and each handover are recorded steps with dates and quantities.

What IndiTrace does not do. IndiTrace does not file EUDR due diligence statements, run deforestation-risk analysis, or submit records to government export systems. It complements those tools with a record your buyer can open.

Questions

Does IndiTrace make us EUDR compliant?

No. EUDR compliance needs plot geolocation, a risk assessment and a due diligence statement filed by the operator. IndiTrace's trace pages can sit alongside your EUDR tool as evidence a buyer can scan.

Can we share records with a buyer without giving them an account?

Yes. Each trace page is public at its own link, so you share the link or the QR code.

Can our processor record their own steps?

Yes. Invite processors and other partners to record the steps they perform on the lot.

Which commodities does it work for?

Any you can record lot by lot: spices, rice, tea, coffee, makhana, millets, oilseeds and fresh produce.
