Features
Record each batch, prove it on every pack.
IndiTrace keeps a batch's source, processing, handovers and documents in one record, prints a QR code for the pack, and gives buyers a public trace page with a blockchain fingerprint they can check themselves.
Record
Each batch carries its own history, entered by the people who handled it.
Batches with their source
Farmer or supplier, place, harvest or purchase date, quantity and grade for every batch.
Farmers and suppliers
A registry with village and farm details, and an optional farm boundary drawn on a map.
Procurement and processing
Who delivered how much and when, then each processing step with quantities in and out. Several lots can feed one batch.
Transfers and shipments
Each handover between parties is recorded as a custody transfer, so the chain has no silent gaps.
Documents and photos
Lab reports, certificates and photos attached to the batch they belong to.
Receiving video
A short video recorded when goods arrive, kept private to your organisation as evidence.
Prove
Every confirmed record can be checked by anyone, without trusting us.
Blockchain fingerprint
Each confirmed record is fingerprinted on Polygon, a public blockchain. A later edit would no longer match.
Independent check
Anyone can open the transaction on Polygonscan. IndiTrace pays the network fees; you never handle crypto.
Run
The admin side stays small on purpose.
Partners and team
Invite suppliers and processors to record their own steps. Pro includes five team members, owner included.
Scans and reports
Consumer scans and your most-scanned products on the dashboard; batches and farmers export as CSV.
What IndiTrace is not
It doesn't certify products, file EUDR due diligence statements, submit to government export systems, or run your accounts. It keeps the record of each batch and shows it to the people who buy it. The blockchain fingerprint proves a record hasn't been edited; the photos, documents and named people behind each step carry the evidence.
