Add your products and the farmers who grow them, then record a batch with its harvest date and quantity. Bought it from a supplier or mandi? Record a procurement instead.

  3. Share or print the label

Open the batch and choose Share or print label. Download the QR code for your packaging, or print a ready-made label.

  4. Customers scan the pack

Can I see a real product example?

Yes. Explore the product example to see how buyers follow a batch's source, processing and recorded history.

Do my customers need an app to scan the QR code?

No. Any phone camera opens your product's trace page in the browser. Customer scans are unlimited and never use your proof credits.

How do I add the farmers who supply me?

Open Farmers in your dashboard and add each farmer with their village and farm details. You can also draw the farm boundary on a map.

Can I export my data?

Yes. From Reports in your dashboard, you can download your batches and active farmers as CSV files.

How does the blockchain proof work?

Each confirmed record, such as a new batch, a processing step or a custody transfer, is fingerprinted on Polygon, a public blockchain. If a date or a weight were changed later, the fingerprint would no longer match, and anyone can check the transaction on Polygonscan.

What does it cost to start?

Nothing. The Free Starter Pack includes three proof credits for 30 days, with no card needed. Compare all plans when you're ready.

What should I include in my message?

Tell us about your products, who handles your batches, and what you want buyers to see. For support, describe what happened without sharing passwords or other private credentials.

Is IndiTrace the same as INATrace or InstaTrace?
